I am an associate at the Gainesville Family Institute and I&#8217;m excited to be a part of such a legendary institution! I see individuals (adults, teens and children), families and couples who are navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, major life transitions, and complex relationships. My specialty areas include seeing clients from underserved backgrounds with challenging life circumstances,\u00a0 racial\/cultural traumas, substance use\/abuse, career and educational planning, and relational traumas. My goals are to offer a holistic approach to therapy that is concerned with the whole person and is conducive to growth and healing. Considering the spiritual, emotional, physical, psychological,social and\u00a0 societal aspects of a client&#8217;s experiences are of the utmost importance in creating an environment of warmth and support. I utilize psycho-educational groups, Relational-Cultural Therapy, Emotionally Focused therapy(EFT), Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT) in addition to various Strategic and Transgenerational family therapy modalities to help my clients realize long term well-being.\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 19px;\">I currently accept Aetna and United Behavioral Health as an in-network\u00a0 provider and offer out of pocket rates as well.
