Dr. Gina Early

I have been in practice at the Gainesville Family Institute as a Marriage and Family Therapist for over 25 years. My work is informed by issues of  diversity and inclusion, socially embedded power and justice as they are experienced in relational and cultural contexts. The intent of therapeutic conversations with people is to collaborate in challenging beliefs and assumptions that have shaped and constrained their lives, thus allowing alternative perspectives and possibilities to emerge. By working together to find new meaning in their experiences, people are empowered to reclaim both authenticity and authorship of their lives.
